Our Spiced Ancho Chile Drinking Chocolate is what won us our highly devoted regulars at our first cafe on Isle au Haut. There, we mixed it with hot milk and sweetened it with local honey to bring out the subtle, slightly smokey spice of the Ancho chiles and warm spices. But the possibilities of what to mix it with, how to sweeten it, and what temperature to serve it at are endless, and completely up to you. As good as your abuela’s homemade hot chocolate. Maybe even better.

Contains 12 ounces of powdered drinking chocolate mix.
